| Captain
Mark Kulstad
was born and raised in Northern California. When he was not hiking
the trails of the Marble Montains, and Trinity Alps, Mark was out
sailing his boat offshore. Mark moved to Fairbanks in 1979 and
relocated to Anchorage in 1981. His Alaskan adventures began shortly
thereafter with his purchase of a sailboat in Prince William Sound.
Mark has 12 years of boating experience in Prince William Sound and
holds a USCG Master License. The commonly found two foot itas in
boating enthusiasts took hold and Mark had 3 boats before purchasing
the ABENTEUER with Steve. |

Captain Steve
Dike grew up
in the Midwest on the Mississippi River. After completing school, he
moved to Alaska searching for adventure and opportunity. He has
cruised the waters of Prince William Sound for the past 10 years and
holds a USCG Master License. Other maritime experience includes
cruising in Mexico and the South Pacific. Steve is married and the
father of one child and when not cruising he is working in his
accounting practice. |
